{"id":10895,"date":"2025-07-17T08:55:36","date_gmt":"2025-07-17T08:55:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/grupoaltius.com\/altius-completes-the-largest-cross-cargo-transport-over-the-rio-tinto-bridge-in-huelva\/"},"modified":"2025-07-17T08:59:58","modified_gmt":"2025-07-17T08:59:58","slug":"altius-completes-the-largest-cross-cargo-transport-over-the-rio-tinto-bridge-in-huelva","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/grupoaltius.com\/en\/altius-completes-the-largest-cross-cargo-transport-over-the-rio-tinto-bridge-in-huelva\/","title":{"rendered":"Altius completes the transport of the record cargo that crossed the Rio Tinto Bridge in Huelva"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We have completed the &#8220;Huelva FORCE &#8211; HU4&#8221; project, which involved the transportation of 40 units &#8211; 6,400 cbm and 925 tons &#8211; including 6 heavy lift units (Cold box and Exchanger) with maximum unit dimensions of 31 meters long, 6.15 meters wide, 6 meters high and 184 tons in weight, from Ras Al Khaimah (United Arab Emirates) to the Port of Huelva (Spain).<br\/>This transport was part of the modernization of an air separation plant in Huelva, a key project to improve the plant&#8217;s efficiency and capacity.<br\/><br\/>One of the project&#8217;s most notable milestones was the delivery of the main unit, with a transport convoy 91.54 meters long, 6.15 meters wide, 7 meters high and weighing 350 tons &#8211; the heaviest load ever to cross the Rio Tinto Bridge.<br\/><br\/>The operation required exceptional coordination with port authorities, police escorts, engineering teams and specialized transport configurations (including SPMTs).
