Its effects are increasingly evident, with visible effects such as extreme events, biodiversity loss and resource crises. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\ud83c\udfc5Committed to sustainability.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our company Altius has been recognized with the <a href=\"https:\/\/grupoaltius.com\/en\/altius-joins-global-sustainability-challenge-with-ecovadis-recognition\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Ecovadis bronze medal<\/a>, placing it among the 35% most sustainable companies in the world, reflecting our efforts to reduce emissions and carbon footprint in the logistics chain.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\ud83d\udc2c Sustainable project in action<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In line with our environmental commitment, last July, through <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.grupodavila.es\/nuevo-acuerdo-con-bdri-para-la-conservacion-de-los-delfines-en-la-ria-de-vigo\/\">Termavi, we signed an agreement with BDRI<\/a> to study the impact of maritime traffic on dolphins<\/strong> in the Vigo estuary during 2025 and 2026.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This project will provide scientific data on the interaction between port activity and marine fauna, thus contributing to the design of more sustainable and environmentally friendly strategies.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\ud83e\udd1dAct today to protect tomorrow<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These initiatives are part of <strong>our Corporate Social Responsibility strategy<\/strong>, reaffirming that in Grupo Davila<strong> sustainability<\/strong> <strong>is not an option, but a commitment.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Climate change is one of the greatest challenges of our time, and confronting it requires urgent and decisive collective action.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\"><\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>October 24 is a day to commemorate World Climate Change Day, a date that reminds us of the urgency of protecting our planet from a&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":4,"featured_media":11009,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[124,105],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-11023","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","category-fairs-and-events","category-news"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.5 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>Our commitment in the fight against Climate Change - Grupo Altius.
